He earned his MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Seattle University after earning a Marketing degree as an undergraduate from Washington State University.

Leader, friendly, optimistic, curious, reliable, and trustworthy are words used often to describe Nick Berard. He is genuinely a nice guy that does what ever it takes to help those around them. He believes in doing the right thing, making his interactions a win-win, and leaving situations better than he founds them.

Growing up, from a young age, Nick would find himself bored whenever he was left alone to play quietly. Often he would pick up the family phone and dial random numbers until he reached a live person to talk with.

He can light up the room with he presence and has an uplifting candor about him. Speaking on stage or in front of a crowd is a passion of his. Whether it is teaching, coaching, or hosting fundraising events, Nick enjoys public speaking and sharing with a crowd.
